The timing of the trip aligns with Family Day on Monday, February 17, 2025 and the same week that many university students will have time off school; but please look into your local situation for exams and timetables.

The approximate cost, including $500 spending money is $2,000 (flying from Toronto Pearson) or upwards of $2,300 (flying from the cities above) and includes: flight, accommodations, food and local tours. Please note that there are limited seats for those who will be flying into Toronto. A visa is not required if you have a Canadian passport. Travel insurance will be required by the travel agency and is an additional cost to you (customized to your personal health situation). No church subsidies are available for this trip.

For the safety, unity and economics of the Canadian group, bookings need to occur through a group travel agency (Merit Travel). Since we need to remain together at all times, early or extended stays are not possible. The airline and government authorities require anyone under 18 years of age at the start of the trip, to submit in advance and carry with them an authorization letter signed by both parents.

If you are interested in attending, please respond to Carolyn Eckhardt ([email protected]) by April 30, 2024. A deposit of $200 will be required by May 15, 2024 and the full payment by October 15, 2024. The trip is limited to 50 people. The NACA retreat can accommodate 25 males and 25 females.
