Winnipeg West - Cambodian New Year

On Sunday, April 9th, the Winnipeg West congregation celebrated Cambodian New Year. Divine service was conducted by Shepherd Yaeger and was followed by a fellowship lunch. Traditionally, Cambodian New Year is a celebration of the Lunar New Year and the end of the harvesting season. It is an opportunity to give thanks to our Heavenly Father for His blessings. It was a wonderful occasion to celebrate with many new Cambodian families and guests and to spend the day together in fellowship.
