Kitchener Central - Confirmation Service

On Sunday, April 3rd, a very personal and festive Confirmation service was held in the Kitchener Central church by District Apostle Woll. Nineteen confirmands in total gave their confirmation vow. Chief Apostle Schneider gave the confirmands a special Bible word from Luke 9:11: But when the multitudes knew it, they followed Him; and He received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who had need of healing.

The Chief Apostle also wrote a special letter to the confirmands, where he expanded on this Bible word and said: No matter what happens in your lives, you can be sure that you are always welcome with Jesus. Never hesitate to come to Him!  

During the divine service, the District Apostle added that if the confirmands keep their vow and come to the Lord: He will receive you and bless you and provide all things for your soul. This message provides encouragement for all of us to continue to believe and trust in the Lord. If we do so, we will experience our faith in wonderful ways until the Lord Jesus returns.
