Halton - 60th Wedding Anniversary Blessing

On Sunday, April 17th, our retired Apostle Horn and his wife came to the altar to receive their 60th diamond wedding anniversary blessing.  District Apostle Woll, who worked together with the Apostle Horn for many years, gladly dispensed this blessing.  A special Bible word was given for the occasion from Ecclesiasticus 35:7-11.  Throughout their lifetime, Apostle and Sister Horn have lived through many trials, including growing up during the Second World War.  However, although they have lived through difficult times, it is through God’s grace that they remain together to this day, surrounded by the love of their family and friends.
