London - Sunday School Camping Weekend 

On June 26th, the Sunday school students and teachers from the London Cambodian and Sarnia congregations spent the weekend together for a camping fellowship. Everyone arrived on the Friday evening where they played games and enjoyed a bonfire and marshmallow roast. Throughout the evening the children also performed a “NAC’s Got Talent” show. The kids put on great performances and had no trouble impressing the judges panel!  

On Saturday morning the kids participated in a lesson related to water. They learned about Noah and the flood, Moses and how he parted the Red Sea, and Christ’s baptism with water. The subject of water was quite fitting given the fact it rained all morning! After their lesson everyone had a pizza lunch followed by an outing to the Palasads for a game of laser tag and bowling. The weekend concluded with the children receiving a special goody-bag before they headed home. It was an incredibly fun, entertaining and educational weekend. Many thanks goes out to the teachers and helpers who so willingly continue to support all of the activities and events for the Sunday school children!
