October 05, 2014 - Thanksgiving 2014: "It is more blessed to give than to receive"
Thanksgiving is a very important occasion for New Apostolic Christians! We already begin the celebration a week before our national holiday with a special Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, October 5th followed by a lunch and "festival kick-off". To prepare for this, on Saturday, October 4th the churches and altars will be festively decorated in a harvest-theme and all are welcome to come and help. We will also be collecting non-perishable food items in every congregation to donate to their local Food Bank. These can be dropped off at the church on Saturday or Sunday. The mid-week service will continue the Thanksgiving theme and may also include a Choral Program. On Sunday, Oct. 5th the festivities will conclude with a divine service followed by Red & White Snacks, in celebration of Canada! ALL are welcome to join us for this week-long celebration!
 October 12, 2014 - Toronto Senior's Service & Fall Colours Tour
On Sunday, October 12th there will be a Toronto Senior's Service at 10:30 a.m. in Rexdale with District Elder Latorcai. This will be followed by a luncheon and then a Fall Colours Tour.
